PALM COAST RESORT

A Waterfront Community on Florida’s Matanzas River

Palm Coast Resort

Jacoby Development. is redeveloping a 10-acre former Sheraton Hotel site on the Matanzas River (Intracoastal Waterway) in Palm Coast, Florida, just one mile inland from the Atlantic Ocean. The site is located directly adjacent to the Palm Coast Marina, an 86-slip marina that contains the only fuel dock along the Intracoastal Waterway between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine.

The Palm Coast Resort development is planned to include a 100-key national flag hotel and conference center, destination waterfront dining and retail, a 180-unit luxury apartment complex, and 30 waterfront townhouses. This project will also include a 96-unit golf villa development located on a nearby 7-acre site adjacent to the Palm Harbor Golf Club.
