One Ocean Place
Located near Centennial Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta, the Georgia Aquarium is the largest in the Western Hemisphere and attracts more than two million visitors per year. Next door to the Aquarium, Jacoby Development and its partners are developing One Ocean Place, a one-of-a-kind event, entertainment, and exhibition attraction. One Ocean Place will be a showcase for the groundbreaking work of One Ocean, One Health, a initiative of the Georgia Aquarium that conducts marine life research and conservation activities aimed at benefiting human health. The development will also include ocean and environment-themed entertainment attractions, theater and performance spaces, event spaces, and destination dining.
